FISH & GRITS

Fish and grits was the main meal of the day.  There ain't nothing like some hot fried white trout with a plate of cheese grits.  Some of you may not know about that.  It's a southern thang.  If you ever make it to this area, let me know and I'll hook you up. 

The weather is beautiful today but I've got a "honey do list" to work on.  I'm also giving the water a few days to clear up after all the rain we've had recently.
